In Wednesday's league game, the Hillsdale Fighting Knights (San Mateo, CA) flag football team overcame the visiting Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA), by a tally of 28-0.

In their next game, the Fighting Knights battle the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 2. Hillsdale will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 38-13 league loss to Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
