Spectators at Friday's league bout between the Lakeside Rams (Hot Springs, AR) and the host Arkansas Razorbacks (Texarkana, AR), saw Lakeside's football team gain a win over Arkansas by a final score of 28-14.

With the win, Lakeside advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Rams host Hope (Hope, AR) to encounter the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, October 17. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Hope lost 64-7 in their recent league bout against Parkview (Little Rock, AR)
