Pennsylvania High School Football - Central York triumphant over Red Lion

October 10, 2025: Red Lion, PA 17356

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Central York Panthers (York, PA) and the host Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA), witnessed Central York's football squad wallop Red Lion by a tally of 56-18.

The Panthers (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Archbishop Hoban crushed Glenville (Cleveland, OH), 12-9, in a non-league contest.

The Lions now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northeastern for a York-Adams 1 bout on Friday, October 17. Red Lion will encounter a Bobcats team coming off a 48-0 league loss to South Western (Hanover, PA). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-8.
