The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Elkhorn North Wolves (Elkhorn, NE), witnessed Skutt Catholic's football squad topple Elkhorn North by a tally of 28-19.

The SkyHawks (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bennington (Bennington, NE). The Badgers enter the B District 1 contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Bennington thwarted Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE), 49-7, in a league contest.

Next up, the Wolves encounter the Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 16. Elkhorn North will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Griffins go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 37-10 league win over Ralston (Ralston, NE).
