The Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets walloped the visiting Nottingham Bulldogs football team by a score of 49-8 in Friday's league outing.

The Hornets now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Carthage for a Section 3 A - National outing on Friday, October 17. Fayetteville-Manlius will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 48-19 league win over Watertown (Watertown, NY). The Comets record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Nottingham drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Henninger (Syracuse, NY) to clash with the Black Knights in a Section 3 A - National outing on Friday, October 17.
