California High School Football - Gahr over Lynwood

October 10, 2025: Lynwood, CA 90262

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA) and the host Lynwood Knights (Lynwood, CA), witnessed Gahr's football squad knock off Lynwood by a tally of 16-6.

The Gladiators (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA). The Lancers enter the Mid-Cities contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Norwalk beat Compton Early College (Compton, CA), 70-0, in a league bout.

The Knights now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Firebaugh for a Mid-Cities bout on Friday, October 17. Lynwood will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 51-0 non-league loss to Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-6.
