In Friday's league match, the host Tippecanoe Red Devils football squad scored a decisive 49-6 victory over the Greenville Green Wave.

The Red Devils (8-0) will now prepare for their match against Troy (Troy, OH). The Trojans enter the Miami Valley League match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Troy routed Sidney (Sidney, OH), 49-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Green Wave confront the Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH) in a Miami Valley League battle, on Friday, October 17. Greenville will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record.
