The Sullivan County Griffins soccer team (Laporte, PA), 4-0 in Saturday's non-league match with the visiting Southern Columbia Area Tigers (Catawissa, PA)

With the triumph, Southern Columbia Area moves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Danville (Danville, PA) to meet the Ironmen in a non-league match on Monday, October 13. The Ironmen come into the match with a record of 7-6. Danville 1-1 in their recent league match against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)

The Griffins now sport a 3-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millville for a PIAA District IV-A match on Monday, October 13.
