Nebraska High School Volleyball - Mercy tips Omaha Central

October 12, 2021: Omaha, NE 68102

Mercy Monarchs (Omaha, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Monarchs clash with the Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 14. Mercy will attempt to advance on its 14-9 season record. The Packers come into the match with a 5-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Burke (Omaha, NE).

With the loss, Omaha Central drops to 9-14 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Gretna (Gretna, NE) to clash with the Dragons in a A District match on Thursday, October 14. The Dragons come into the match with a record of 20-7. Gretna lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE)
