October 13, 2021: Cozad, NE 69130 Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Cozad Haymakers (Cozad, NE), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 32-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Malcolm for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 13. Bishop Neumann will face a Clippers squad coming off a 17-9 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, NE). The Clippers record now stands at 21-9.
With the loss, Cozad falls to 22-11 on the campaign. The Haymakers travel to Yutan-Mead (Yutan, NE) to face the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 14. The Patriots go into the match with a record of 28-6. Yutan-Mead lost 13-1 in their recent non-league match against Malcolm (Malcolm, NE)
