October 13, 2022: Kennebunk, ME 04043 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME) and the visiting Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME), saw Kennebunk's volleyball squad beat Lake Region by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Kennebunk upgrades its record to 6-7 on the year. The Rams travel to South Portland (South Portland, ME) to play the Red Riots in a Class A bout on Monday, October 17. The Red Riots go into the bout with a record of 3-10. South Portland lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Thornton Academy (Saco, ME)
The Lakers now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Gray-New Gloucester for a Class B bout on Friday, October 14. Lake Region will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Deering (Portland, ME). The Patriots record now stands at 6-5.
