In Thursday's league contest, the Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ) volleyball squad were winner over the host West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Wildcats face the Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ) in a 5A - Central contest, on Tuesday, October 19. Willow Canyon will attempt to better on its 17-14 season record. The Patriots go into the contest with a 3-10 record after their 3-1 league loss to Washington (Phoenix, AZ).
