Pennsylvania High School Football - Brentwood drops to Sto-Rox
October 14, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15227 In Friday's league game, the Sto-Rox Vikings (McKees Rocks, PA) football team knocked off the host Brentwood Spartans (Pittsburgh, PA), by a score of 50-21.
The Vikings (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Waynesburg Central (Waynesburg, PA). The Raiders come into the WPIAL AA Century game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Waynesburg Central was dropped by Uniontown (Uniontown, PA), 28-14, in a non-league game.
The Spartans now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charleroi for a WPIAL AA Century challenge on Friday, October 21. Brentwood will meet a Cougars team coming off a 61-0 league loss to Washington (Washington, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
