October 14, 2023: Jordan, MT 59337 The Garfield County Mustangs football squad scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Lambert/Richey R&L Fusion to 44 in the Mustangs league victory on Saturday.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plevna for a C - Eastern (6 Man) battle on Saturday, October 21. Garfield County will face a Cougars squad coming off a 48-40 league loss to Terry (Terry, MT). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
Coming up next, the R&L Fusion face the Savage Warriors (Savage, MT) in a C - Eastern (6 Man) battle, on Friday, October 20. Lambert/Richey will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 69-13 league win over Brockton (Brockton, MT).
