Texas High School Volleyball - Independence can't hold off Memorial

October 14, 2025: Frisco, TX 75035

In Tuesday's league bout, the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) volleyball team held off the host Independence Knights (Frisco, TX), by a margin of 3-2.

The Warriors now possess a 25-12 record. They play next when they host Emerson for a 5A Region II District 11 bout on Friday, October 17. Memorial will clash with a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 12-20.

With the loss, Independence drops to 13-12 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Liberty (Frisco, TX) to clash with the Redhawks in a 5A Region II District 11 bout on Friday, October 17.
