October 16, 2024: South Portland, ME 04106 South Portland Red Riots (South Portland, ME) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, South Portland improves its record to 6-6 on the season. The Red Riots travel to Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to face the Blue Blazes in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Blue Blazes go into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Stags now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennebunk for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17.
