Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Blue Comets battle the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, October 18. Asheboro will attempt to better on its 14-9 season record. The Grizzlies come into the match with a 19-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Montgomery Central (Troy, NC).
