The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Frankfort Redbirds (West Frankfort, IL) and the visiting Anna-Jonesboro Wildcats (Anna, IL), witnessed Frankfort's football squad wallop Anna-Jonesboro by a tally of 61-22.

The Redbirds (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sparta/Steeleville (Sparta, IL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Sparta/Steeleville was crushed by Dupo (Dupo, IL), 29-23, in a league bout.
