The Aurora Huskies football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Milford Eagles to 14 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Central City for a C1 District 5 challenge on Friday, October 24. Aurora will face a Bison team coming off a 34-20 non-league win over Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE). The Bison record now stands at 8-0.

The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Adams Central (Hastings, NE). The Patriots enter the C1 District 5 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Adams Central was ripped by Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE), 28-20, in a league challenge.
