The Bellmont Braves football team (Decatur, IN), was crushed 60-7 in Friday's league contest with the host East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN)

The Knights (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against New Haven (New Haven, IN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, New Haven was trounced by Huntington North (Huntington, IN), 49-13, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Braves battle the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 24. Bellmont will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 15-14 league win over Heritage (Monroeville, IN).
