California High School Football - Clovis tops Clovis East

October 17, 2025: Clovis, CA 93619

The Clovis Cougars football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Clovis East Timberwolves to 15 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central East for a Tri-River test on Friday, October 24. Clovis will face a Bengals team coming off a 46-39 league win over Clovis West (Fresno, CA). The Bengals record now stands at 7-1.

The Timberwolves (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Buchanan (Clovis, CA). The Bears enter the Tri-River challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Buchanan ran past Clovis North (Fresno, CA), 30-20, in a league challenge.
