Texas High School Football - Rosehill Christian tops Covenant Christian

The Rosehill Christian Eagles football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Covenant Christian Cougars to 14 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a TAPPS Division IV District 2 test on Friday, October 24. Rosehill Christian will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 27-20 league win over St. Paul (Shiner, TX). The Indians record now stands at 5-4.

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX). The Lions enter the TAPPS Division IV District 2 game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Central Texas Christian fell by Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX), 42-16, in a league game.
