Texas High School Football - Liberty prevails Denison

October 17, 2025: Denison, TX 75020

In Friday's league match, the visiting Liberty Redhawks football squad scored a good 27-10 triumph over the Denison Yellow Jackets.

The Redhawks (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Warriors come into the 5A-2 Region I District 4 match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Memorial went down by Denison (Denison, TX), 41-23, in a league match.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets play the Anna Coyotes (Anna, TX) in a 5A-2 Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, October 24. Denison will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Coyotes go into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 45-38 league loss to Walnut Grove (Prosper, TX).
