New York High School Football - Nottingham thwarts Henninger
October 17, 2025: Syracuse, NY 13224 Nottingham Bulldogs (Syracuse, NY) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Henninger Black Knights (Syracuse, NY), 22-12 in a league battle.
With the win, Nottingham advances its record to 1-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Watertown (Watertown, NY) to play the Cyclones in a Section 3 A - National battle on Friday, October 24. The Cyclones come into the match with a record of 2-5. Watertown lost 36-0 in their recent league match against Whitesboro (Marcy, NY)
Coming up next, the Black Knights confront the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets (Manlius, NY) in a Section 3 A - National match, on Thursday, October 23. Henninger will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 3-4 record after their 21-12 league win over Carthage (Carthage, NY).
