Arizona High School Football - Nogales falls to Mountain View

The Mountain View Mountain Lions felled the visiting Nogales Apaches football team by a score of 35-13 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions play the Marana Tigers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 7-1 record after their 17-9 league win over Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ).

With the defeat, Nogales drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Apaches host Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ) to meet the Rams in a 5A Southern test on Friday, October 24. The Rams come into the test with a record of 5-3. Maricopa won 21-14 in their recent league test against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ)
