Connecticut High School Football - New Fairfield sneaks past Stratford

The New Fairfield Rebels football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Stratford Red Devils to 19 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Joel Barlow for a South-West challenge on Saturday, October 25. New Fairfield will face a Falcons team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 1-4.

The Red Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Weston (Weston, CT). The Trojans go into the South-West test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Weston edged Notre Dame Prep (Fairfield, CT), 38-35, in a league test.
