The Ozona Lions (Ozona, TX) football trounced the host Sonora Broncos (Sonora, TX), 57-12 in Friday's league outing.

The Lions now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Colorado for a 2A-1 Region I District 3 outing on Friday, October 24. Ozona will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 61-27 league loss to Forsan (Forsan, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 0-7.

The Broncos (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Reagan County (Big Lake, TX). The Owls enter the 2A-1 Region I District 3 game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Reagan County was trounced by Christoval (Christoval, TX), 30-24, in a league game.
