The Clifton Central Comets walloped the visiting Iroquois West Raiders football team by a score of 41-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets face the Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) in a Vermilion Valley challenge, on Friday, October 25. Clifton Central will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Storm enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 42-33 league loss to Oakwood (Fithian, IL).
