In Friday's league match, the host North Posey Vikings football squad scored a good 45-14 victory over the Pike Central Chargers.

The Vikings (7-2) will now prepare for their match against South Vermillion (Clinton, IN). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, South Vermillion thwarted Attica (Attica, IN), 53-3, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Chargers confront the Greencastle Tiger Cubs (Greencastle, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 25. Pike Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
