Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Vista Panthers (Vista, CA), 47-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Del Norte improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Nighthawks travel to El Camino (Oceanside, CA) to play the Wildcats in a Palomar battle on Monday, October 6. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 3-10. El Camino lost 33-0 in their recent league match against Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA)

Coming up next, the Panthers meet the Valley Center Jaguars (Valley Center, CA) in a Valley match, on Monday, October 6. Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Jaguars come into the match with a 1-8 record after their 25-6 non-league loss to Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA).
