October 20, 2022: North Charleston, SC 29418 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Palmetto Scholars Academy Phoenix (North Charleston, SC) and the visiting Carvers Bay Bears (Hemingway, SC), saw Palmetto Scholars Academy's volleyball squad beat Carvers Bay by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Palmetto Scholars Academy upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Lake View (Lake View, SC) to clash with the Wild Gators in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 25. The Wild Gators come into the match with a record of 14-4. Lake View won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Estill (Estill, SC)
With the loss, Carvers Bay drops to 0-8 on the campaign.
