The Lakeland Regional Lancers thwarted the host High Point Wildcats football team by a count of 35-6 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Lakeland Regional upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Lancers travel to Pequannock (Pompton Plains, NJ) to encounter the Golden Panthers in a non-league outing on Friday, October 27. The Golden Panthers go into the outing with a record of 6-2. Pequannock won 27-0 in their recent league outing against North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ)

With the loss, High Point moves to 2-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ) to encounter the Crusaders in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 26. The Crusaders go into the outing with a record of 0-9. Morris Catholic lost 49-14 in their recent league outing against Madison (Madison, NJ)
