Arizona High School Volleyball - O'Connor can't hold off Liberty

In Tuesday's league match, the Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) volleyball team held off the host O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), by a margin of 3-2.

The Lions now possess a 18-7 record. They play next when they host Boulder Creek for a 6A - Desert Valley bout on Monday, October 27. Liberty will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-20.

With the defeat, O'Connor falls to 23-6 on the year. The Eagles host Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ) to battle the Pioneers in a 6A - Desert Valley match on Thursday, October 23.
