In Friday's non-league match, the host Eastside Rams football squad scored a good 27-8 victory over the Palatka Panthers.

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Santa Fe Raiders (Alachua, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 29. Eastside will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 0-8 record after their 49-14 non-league loss to Union County (Lake Butler, FL).

The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Menendez (St. Augustine, FL). The Falcons enter the 5A District 4 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Menendez dropped by North Marion (Citra, FL), 17-10, in a league match.
