October 24, 2022: Lower Brule, SD 57548 In Monday's non-league contest, the Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Tiospaye Topa Thunderhawks (Ridgeview, SD), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Sioux face the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders (Miller, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 25. Lower Brule will attempt to better on its 10-12 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 2-22 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD).
With the loss, Tiospaye Topa moves to 4-14 on the year. The Thunderhawks host Takini (Howes, SD) to face the Skyhawks in a B Region 8 contest on Tuesday, October 25. The Skyhawks go into the contest with a record of 4-17. Takini lost 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD)
