The L.C. Bird Skyhawks football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Cosby Titans to 0 in the Skyhawks league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Skyhawks face the James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion outing, on Friday, November 7. L.C. Bird will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Rapids come into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 54-0 league loss to Huguenot (Richmond, VA).

The Titans (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Monacan (Richmond, VA). The Chiefs enter the Dominion game with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Monacan achieved victory over Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA), 29-26, in a league outing.
