In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Mira Loma Matadors football squad scored a close 22-20 win over the Vacaville Christian Falcons.

With the win, Mira Loma advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Matadors travel to Valley Christian (Roseville, CA) to play the Lions in a Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 31. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 6-2. Valley Christian won 37-6 in their recent league battle against San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA)
