Kentucky High School Soccer - Bluegrass United toppled by Gate City
October 25, 2025: Lexington, KY 40511 Gate City Guardians (Pleasant Garden, NC) backers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad prevail over the host Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY), 4-0 in a non-league outing.
The Guardians (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Indy Genesis HomeSchool (Greenwood, IN). The Indy Genesis go into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Indy Genesis HomeSchool by LKY (Louisville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next, the Bluehawks clash with the Lighthouse Christian Chargers (Springfield, MO) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 25. Bluegrass United will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 11-11 record after their 2-2 non-league Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY).
