West Virginia High School Football - Clay County trounces Tug Valley
October 26, 2021: Clay, WV 25043 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Clay County Panthers football squad scored a big 40-6 victory over the Tug Valley Panthers.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) in a Big Ten match, on Friday, November 5. Clay County will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 2-7 record after their 44-14 non-league loss to South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV).
The Panthers (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Man (Man, WV). The Hillbillies enter the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Man was crushed by Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV), 41-14, in a non-league match.
