Vermont High School Soccer - Harwood nudges Green Mountain
October 26, 2024: Chester, VT 05143 The Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) soccer nipped the host Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Highlanders now hold a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Abraham for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 29. Harwood will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Country Union (Newport, VT). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Green Mountain moves to 8-8 on the year.
