The Big Walnut Golden Eagles were victorious over the host Worthington Kilbourne Wolves football team by a score of 35-20 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Westerville North Warriors (Westerville, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Capital test, on Friday, October 10. Big Walnut will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 26-17 league loss to Westland (Galloway, OH).

With the defeat, Worthington Kilbourne drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to KIPP Columbus (Columbus, OH) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 0-7. KIPP Columbus lost 40-26 in their recent non-league game against Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH)
