The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Bishop LeBlond Eagles (St. Joseph, MO) and the visiting Kansas City East Christian Academy Lions (Kansas City, MO), witnessed Bishop LeBlond's football squad wallop Kansas City East Christian Academy by a tally of 58-20.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northland Christian (Kansas City, MO). The enter the 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Northland Christian crushed Rich Hill (Rich Hill, MO), 38-16, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Lions confront the Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes (Bel Aire, KS) in a Heartland Christian (8 Man) contest, on Friday, October 10. Kansas City East Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 50-38 non-league win over Destiny Christian (Del City, OK).
