The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH) and the visiting Federal Hocking Lancers (Stewart, OH), witnessed Manchester's football squad knock off Federal Hocking by a tally of 58-28.

The Greyhounds (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Vanlue (Vanlue, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, Vanlue dropped by Stivers School for the Arts (Dayton, OH), 42-16, in a non-league bout.

The Lancers now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Waterford for a Tri-Valley - Hocking bout on Friday, October 10. Federal Hocking will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 47-0 league win over Southern (Racine, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.
