With the win, Fosston advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Clearbrook-Gonvick (Clearbrook, MN) to encounter the Bears in a District 9 West - North (9 Man) bout on Friday, October 10. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Clearbrook-Gonvick won 54-22 in their recent non-league bout against Ortonville (Ortonville, MN)

The Tigers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hancock for a District 9 West - South (9 Man) contest on Friday, October 10. Rothsay will confront a Owls squad coming off a 28-6 non-league win over Fertile-Beltrami (Fertile, MN). The Owls record now stands at 3-3.
