In Friday's league game, the Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) football team crushed the visiting Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN), by a final score of 49-7.

With the win, Tipton advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league bout on Friday, October 10. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Hamilton Heights won 25-17 in their recent league contest against Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN)
