In Friday's league game, the Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK) football team edged the host Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK), by a tally of 30-27.

Next, the Comets clash with the Durant Lions (Durant, OK) in a 5A District 3 outing, on Friday, November 7. Bishop Kelley will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 4-5 record after their 22-21 league loss to McAlester (McAlester, OK).

With the defeat, Shawnee drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to McAlester (McAlester, OK) to battle the Buffaloes in a 5A District 3 game on Friday, November 7.
