The Brazos Christian Eagles walloped the visiting Covenant Christian Cougars football team by a score of 49-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Rosehill Christian Eagles (Tomball, TX) in a TAPPS Division IV District 2 challenge, on Thursday, November 6. Brazos Christian will attempt to improve on its 9-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 24-13 league win over St. Paul (Shiner, TX).

The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Sacred Heart (Hallettsville, TX). The Indians come into the TAPPS Division IV District 2 test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Sacred Heart was overwhelmed by Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX), 49-13, in a league test.
