Arizona High School Football - Shadow Ridge wallops Mountain Ridge

The Shadow Ridge Stallions football squad scored 59 points and limited the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions to 26 in the Stallions non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Stallions face the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) in a 6A Central challenge, on Friday, November 7. Shadow Ridge will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Sabercats enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 41-8 league loss to Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ).

With the defeat, Mountain Ridge drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Eagles in a 6A Desert Valley outing on Friday, November 7. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 2-7. O'Connor lost 49-17 in their recent league game against Liberty (Peoria, AZ)
