The Lions (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Panthers enter the Bay Rivers challenge with a 3-10 record.

Match Summary
The Lions of Warhill avenged their early-season loss to New Kent with a three-set sweep of the Lady Trojans 21-25, 20-25, 21-25 in their second meeting. While NK was able to keep the Lions out-of-system in the first meeting, Warhill stepped up their passing game and was successful in spreading out their offense across the front row with 37 kills only 12 errors for a .221 hitting efficiency. New Kent matched their 37 kills, but added 18 errors for a .154 hitting efficiency. Warhill also recorded 10 aces and 10 blocks to New Kent's 6 aces and 4 blocks. New Kent highlights included MBs Julia Hathaway and Logan McKenney who recorded 16 and 7 kills respectively, and OHs Aubrey Hyndshaw and Darian Mason who added 7 & 4 kills respectively. Setter Clara Foster recorded 33 assists and 13 digs, while defensive players Andrea Sorensen, Sophie McLaughlin, and Sofia Foster recorded 10, 9, & 8 digs. New Kent is now 13-3 overall while Warhill improves to 7-7.
