Colorado High School Soccer - Liberty knocks off Lewis-Palmer
October 6, 2021: Monument, CO 80132 Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lancers confront the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) in a 5A/4A Pikes Peak challenge, on Tuesday, October 12. Liberty will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Kadets enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO).
The Rangers now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheyenne Mountain for a 5A/4A Pikes Peak challenge on Tuesday, October 12. Lewis-Palmer will confront a Red-Tailed Hawks team coming off a 2-0 league win over Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks record now stands at 7-4.
